Recruitment Consultant – Malta (Open to Any Background)

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Recruitment Consultants to join our international team in Malta. No prior recruitment experience is required – we provide a structured training programme that equips you with the skills to succeed in a fast‑growing, people‑focused industry.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and attract top talent for finance, legal and technology clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and corporate clients.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from sourcing to placement.
• Act as a trusted advisor in specialist markets and contribute to business development.
• Achieve performance targets and support the growth of the Malta hub.

Required profile

• 1–5 years of experience in any commercial role (sales, client‑facing, etc.).
• High level of English proficiency.
• Strong ambition to build a long‑term career in a high‑performance environment.
• Coachability, resilience and a willingness to learn.
• Readiness to relocate to Malta.
