About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Recruitment Consultants to join our fast‑growing international team in Malta. No prior recruitment experience is required – we provide a structured training programme that equips you with the skills to succeed in a people‑focused, high‑growth environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and attract top talent for finance, legal and technology clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and corporate clients.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from sourcing to placement.
• Act as a trusted advisor in specialist markets, providing market insights to clients.
• Achieve revenue targets and contribute to the firm’s growth.

Required profile

• 1–5 years of experience in any commercial background (finance, sales, customer service, etc.).
• High level of English proficiency.
• Strong ambition to build a long‑term career in a performance‑driven environment.
• Coachability, resilience and a willingness to learn.
• Willingness to relocate to Malta.
