Recruitment Consultant – Delivery Only – Relocate to Malta

About the role

Archer is seeking an experienced recruitment consultant to join its Malta office in a 100% delivery‑only capacity. You will work with warm, established IT clients, focusing on candidate sourcing and placement without any business development responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process for IT roles, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Deliver high‑quality candidate shortlists to existing clients on a regular basis.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly placement targets and contribute to team KPIs.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates and client hiring managers.
• Participate in regular training and mentorship sessions to continuously improve performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in agency recruitment or a similar KPI‑driven, client‑facing role.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets.
• Ambitious, results‑oriented and ready to invest in a long‑term career.
• Willingness to relocate to Malta and embrace a new professional and personal environment.
• A degree is advantageous but not mandatory.
