Recruitment Consultant (BPO) – Trainee

About the role

Join Atlean World as a Recruitment Consultant trainee and help bridge high‑growth BPO companies with top talent. You will work in an international, AI‑driven environment, guiding candidates through a seamless recruitment journey.

Key responsibilities

• Talent scouting: proactively source and headhunt candidates using AI‑driven tools and creative marketing.
• The pitch: pre‑screen, interview and act as a career consultant to match candidates with the right opportunities.
• Pipeline management: oversee vacancies from start to finish, ensuring a fast‑paced, “no‑boundaries” experience.
• Relationship building: maintain continuous follow‑ups with both clients and candidates to secure successful placements.

Required profile

• Strong communicator who thrives in fast‑paced environments.
• Fluent or good level of English.
• Understanding of the BPO sector (call centres, sales, tech support) and a sales‑driven mindset.
• Multicultural background; international experiences such as Erasmus, volunteering or travel are valued.
