About the role

Atlean World is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join its fast‑growing team in Vila Nova de Famalicão. You will act as the bridge between high‑growth BPO companies and talent, delivering a seamless recruitment experience that helps candidates secure their next job without boundaries.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source and head‑hunt candidates using AI‑driven tools and creative marketing techniques.
• Conduct pre‑screening interviews, act as a career consultant, and match candidates to suitable BPO roles.
• Manage the full vacancy pipeline from posting to placement, ensuring a rapid and transparent process.
• Maintain continuous follow‑ups with both clients and candidates to guarantee successful placements and high satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong communicator who thrives in a fast‑paced, sales‑driven environment.
• Fluent or good level of English.
• Understanding of the BPO sector (call‑centers, sales, tech support) and enjoyment of a hustle‑oriented mindset.
• Multicultural background with international experiences such as Erasmus, volunteering, or travel.
