Recruiting Coordinator

About the role

The Recruiting Coordinator will support high‑growth recruiting operations for a fast‑moving technology organization based in Portugal. Working remotely, you will ensure a smooth, efficient and positive experience for candidates and hiring teams across multiple locations and time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across various time zones, involving candidates, recruiters, hiring managers and interview panels.
• Manage candidate communications throughout the hiring journey with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Partner with recruiting teams and hiring managers to maintain an organized hiring process.
• Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) ensuring accurate candidate records and reliable recruiting data.
• Track recruiting metrics and support reporting on pipeline activity, hiring progress and operational performance.
• Assist with candidate sourcing initiatives and outbound recruiting campaigns when needed.
• Support offer coordination, pre‑onboarding activities and transition steps for successful candidates.
• Improve recruiting workflows, documentation and operational processes to support company growth.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives, talent programs and recruiting projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations or talent acquisition.
• Organized, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate with distributed teams across different locations and time zones.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
