Recruiter – International Recruitment & Relocation

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to lead international recruitment and relocation initiatives for technical professionals in Portugal and Spain. You will identify engineers, designers and technicians interested in career opportunities abroad, especially in the Netherlands, and guide them through the entire hiring and relocation journey.

Key responsibilities

• Source engineers, designers, technicians and specialised professionals via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and other channels.
• Identify and approach candidates in the Portuguese and Spanish markets.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess experience, motivation and career goals.
• Present international opportunities and explain the relocation process.
• Build and maintain an international talent network.
• Support candidates throughout the recruitment and relocation stages.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues and clients in Portugal and the Netherlands.
• Develop long‑term relationships with candidates to foster market growth.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.
• Curious, proactive and genuinely interested in people.
• Organisational ability and capacity to work independently.
• Willingness to learn technical recruitment processes.
