Recruiter II (Dutch/English) – Lisbon

About the role

We are looking for a Recruiter II who will support our hiring needs in Lisbon by attracting, assessing, and onboarding top talent. The role focuses on Dutch‑ and English‑speaking candidates and works closely with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the design and administration of recruitment programs.
• Receive, screen, and file incoming resumes, background checks, and references.
• Conduct initial screening, telephone, and face‑to‑face interviews.
• Provide hiring managers with candidate recommendations and help negotiate competitive compensation packages.
• Source candidates through online platforms, community networks, colleges, and trade associations.
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS tools.
• Ensure compliance with local hiring regulations and uphold company branding.

Required profile

• Experience recruiting in a high‑volume environment.
• Fluent Dutch (C2/native) and strong English communication (C1); additional languages a plus.
• Excellent multitasking, prioritisation, and deadline‑driven work style.
• Professionalism, confidentiality, and strong relationship‑building skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
