Reconciliation Analyst

About the role

Join Itaú Europe’s Reconciliation team in Lisbon as a Reconciliation Analyst. You will support daily and month‑end bank reconciliations within a fast‑moving, international financial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily cash and securities position reconciliations.
• Execute regular derivatives and funds reconciliations, including holdings and valuations.
• Control transitory account balances.
• Generate daily, weekly, and month‑end reports and key performance indicators.
• Create and maintain detailed procedures and process documentation.

Required profile

• Experience in reconciliation, preferably within a banking environment with international operations.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency.
• Fluency in English with strong communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Team player able to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
