Manager – Prudential Regulation (Financial Services)

About the role

As a Manager in the FSRM team you will lead risk projects focused on Prudential Regulation for prestigious clients in banking, capital markets, asset management and insurance. You will use your technical knowledge and client‑facing experience to drive strategic and operational changes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide integrated risk‑management services to financial institutions with high efficiency and quality.
• Support clients in defining governance models, policies, processes and procedures to meet local, national and global requirements.
• Lead client‑facing projects across dimensions of Prudential Regulation such as governance, risk appetite, capital requirements, ICAAP/ILAAP, SREP, recovery and resolution.
• Develop service offerings, conduct go‑to‑market activities and lead presentations.
• Identify risk and improvement opportunities, ensure compliance with client risk appetite and regulatory standards, and escalate issues when needed.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of the practice.

Required profile

• Academic degree in Management, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics or a related analytical field.
• 4‑10 years of experience in risk‑management analysis and projects, preferably in banking or consulting.
• Strong knowledge of governance and prudential requirements in banking, including ICAAP/ILAAP and SREP.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in Portuguese and English.
• Ability to work in multicultural project environments.
