R2R Interco Specialist (M&F)

About the role

ALEBS (Air Liquide Europe Business Services) is looking for an R2R Interco Specialist (M&F) in Algés. The role covers intercompany financial operations, control and quality, process management and stakeholder collaboration, within a business services centre that is re-engineering and automating processes with RPA and Generative AI.

Key responsibilities

• Intercompany financial operations: processing invoices, credit notes, urgent and advance payments; daily reconciliation of intercompany customer and supplier accounts; general ledger analysis, journal postings and month-end closing; preparing and publishing reporting packages in IRIS and supporting the ALNET cycle.
• Control and quality: implementing and running process controls and audits; monitoring KPIs and SLAs, reporting issues and managing escalations; investigating and resolving ERP-IRIS system gaps.
• Process management and team support: mapping, updating and maintaining Desktop Procedures (DTPs); optimizing and harmonizing processes, and carrying out work shadowing and migration; training and guiding junior team members.
• Stakeholder collaboration: daily interaction with internal teams, local entities, customers and suppliers, and acting as first point of contact for operational escalations.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management or Economics.
• Experience in a Business Services Centre is a plus; experience in a multinational company is desirable.
• Intermediate English (written and spoken); extra languages such as Arabic, Spanish, French, Italian, German or Swedish are valued.
