Quality Specialist - Aerospace

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Quality Specialist to join our aerospace team in Switzerland. The role is fully onsite and offers a permanent contract, focusing on maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance across maintenance, production, design and continuing airworthiness activities.

Key responsibilities

• Support and participate in internal and external audits, including preparation of audit checklists.
• Review, update and maintain organizational manuals and technical instructions.
• Prepare and deliver internal training sessions and briefings on company procedures and technical topics.
• Conduct internal quality audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide direct support to Maintenance, Production, Design and Continuing Airworthiness teams with licensing, authorizations and approvals.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a quality assurance specialist in the aerospace industry.
• In‑depth knowledge of EASA Part 145 and Part 21 regulations.
• Holder of an active or former Aircraft Maintenance License.
• Practical experience as an inspector or auditor.
• Proven ability to develop handbooks, procedures, technical instructions and audit reports.
