QA Analyst (French Speaker) – Hybrid in Porto

About the role

Natixis in Portugal is looking for a French‑speaking QA Analyst to join its BPCE Solutions Informatiques team. The position is based in Porto and follows a hybrid work model, allowing you to collaborate on‑site and remotely while contributing to the quality assurance of banking and investment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in defining test strategies and detailed test plans.
• Estimate testing effort, identify risks and propose mitigation actions.
• Design, execute and maintain manual test cases.
• Review and analyse test results, report defects and follow up on their resolution.
• Prepare regular test status and issue reports.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) resources and activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a QA Analyst.
• Strong communication, analytical and synthesis abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and able to work autonomously.
• Flexibility and a service‑mindset to adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Fluent French (minimum B2 level) and CV submitted in English.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with JIRA‑XRAY or Octane for test management.
• SQL knowledge (a plus).
