Project Manager (PMO/PO) – Banking Sector

About the role

We are seeking a PMO/Project Owner to join a high‑impact banking project, collaborating with international teams in Lisbon and Paris. The role involves coordinating complex initiatives and delivering measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor banking sector projects from initiation to delivery.
• Prepare progress reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and project plans to ensure timely milestones.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in Lisbon and Paris.
• Support the implementation of best‑practice project management processes.
• Participate in follow‑up meetings and track action items.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C1 level) – mandatory.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in project management and coordination.
• Experience in IT environments, preferably within the banking or financial sector.
• Strong reporting, risk management, and milestone tracking abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
