Project Manager – IT Delivery (Hybrid, Lisbon)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead technology projects within a dynamic IT delivery environment. The role is hybrid, requiring two days per week onsite in Lisbon, and involves coordinating multiple initiatives to meet scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain comprehensive project plans aligned with client expectations and delivery commitments.
• Define schedules, allocate resources with operational teams, and monitor progress against milestones.
• Align project objectives with company strategy and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders.
• Identify, track, and resolve issues and blockers promptly.
• Manage risk monitoring, maintain a risk register, and communicate risk status.
• Control scope, handle change requests, and prevent scope creep.
• Track project costs and provide accurate financial data for revenue recognition.
• Maintain up‑to‑date, audit‑ready project documentation.
• Prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously while preserving delivery quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Management, Engineering or a related field (preferred).
• At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in an IT environment.
• Proven ability to manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Strong focus on efficiency, delivery discipline, and continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Asana.
• Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, or waterfall delivery frameworks.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
