Project Manager – Iberia (Office Furniture)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end projects for Haworth in the Iberian market. You will be responsible for planning, executing and delivering office‑furniture installations on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects from order entry through to the signed installation report, ensuring all milestones are met.
• Visit customer sites, adapt logistical plans to site‑specific requirements and oversee on‑site installation.
• Participate in tender reviews together with sales and prospect teams.
• Promote Haworth’s project‑management services such as reconfigurations, asset management, recycling, storage, move management and space planning.
• Collaborate closely with sales and customer‑service teams to handle service calls and warranty requests.
• Provide continuous feedback on product, packaging, delivery and documentation improvements.

Required profile

• University degree in Project Management, Business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project‑management experience, preferably in the office‑furniture sector.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities, professionalism and integrity.
• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluent Portuguese; good written and spoken English and Spanish.
