Project Manager – French Speaking (Hybrid, Porto)

About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking Project Manager to join our Porto team on a hybrid basis (2 days per week onsite). You will lead initiatives that standardise quality gates, optimise CI/CD pipelines and drive software industrialisation across multiple departments.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and standardise quality gates within the software development lifecycle.
• Enhance CI/CD practices to improve software delivery and deployment.
• Develop and implement best practices for software development industrialisation, boosting efficiency and quality.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and accessibility improvements through AI technologies.
• Collaborate with the area manager to align projects with broader business objectives.
• Build strong cross‑departmental relationships to ensure project success and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Fluent in English (C1) and French (minimum B2) – both spoken and written.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably with an IT industrialisation focus.
• Deep understanding of software development processes, CI/CD methodologies, DevOps overview and quality‑assurance practices.
• Familiarity with AI concepts is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
