Project Manager – Civil, Structural & Architectural

About the role

The Project Manager – CSA will oversee civil, structural and architectural construction projects from inception to completion. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager and working under the Project Director, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize the use of labour, materials and equipment to achieve cost‑effective procurement and utilization.
• Lead project planning, budgeting and resource identification to enhance project efficiency.
• Uphold exceptional health and safety standards across the construction site.
• Develop the project team and assign operational responsibilities in coordination with senior leadership.
• Oversee project accounting, manage the budget and minimise financial exposure and risk.
• Ensure construction activities adhere to the project programme and timelines.
• Devise and revise project schedules in collaboration with senior managers.
• Communicate effectively with contractors, consultants and stakeholders throughout the project.
• Coordinate architects, consultants, subcontractors and labourers to align efforts.
• Monitor construction progress regularly and report on performance.
