Project Manager – Business Transformation & Process Improvement

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Project Manager to lead transformation and consulting initiatives across multiple business areas in an international environment. You will support the design and implementation of target operating models, ensuring alignment between strategic objectives and operational processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate transformation projects, mapping and analyzing existing processes to identify optimization opportunities.
• Drive process implementation, monitor progress, risks, dependencies, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare governance materials, status reports, executive presentations, and steering‑committee documentation.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and support decision‑making.
• Contribute to change‑management activities, helping teams adopt new tools, processes, and ways of working.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful delivery and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Previous experience in project management, business transformation, consulting, or process‑improvement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of process mapping, operational models, and organizational transformation.
• Proven stakeholder‑management skills across different functions and seniority levels.
• Fluent English (mandatory) and a degree in Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Finance or a related field.

Required skills

• Advanced PowerPoint for executive presentations.
• Strong Excel reporting and analytical capabilities.
