Project Manager – Banking Sector (PMO/PO)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Project Manager (PMO/PO) to join a high‑impact banking project. You will work with international teams in Lisbon and Paris, supporting complex initiatives that drive real business value.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor banking sector projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
• Prepare progress reports and stakeholder presentations.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and project plans.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in Lisbon and Paris.
• Support the implementation of best‑practice processes and project‑management standards.
• Participate in follow‑up meetings and track actions.

Required profile

• French C1 level (mandatory).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in project management and coordination.
• Experience in IT environments, preferably within the banking or financial sector.
• Strong reporting, risk‑management and milestone‑tracking abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
