Project Manager – Agile IT Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead agile IT initiatives within Bosch Service Solutions. You will translate business needs into clear requirements, guide cross‑functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and specify business requirements, including UX considerations from a purchasing perspective.
• Develop and track agile implementation plans, ensuring projects stay on time, on scope, on budget, and deliver expected benefits.
• Maintain project documentation and manage the product backlog using Jira.
• Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, developers, data experts, and leadership.
• Define testing criteria, oversee user acceptance, stress testing, and rollout, including training and adoption.
• Communicate roadmap milestones and negotiate deliverables across the portfolio.

Required profile

• University degree in technical, industrial engineering, IT or related field.
• More than 3 years of experience in agile environments, product or IT project management.
• Strong familiarity with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to combine process knowledge with innovative technology.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and executive presentation skills.
• Proven experience coordinating and leading teams without direct line responsibility.
