Digital Performance and Analytics Lead

About the role

The Digital Performance and Analytics Lead will drive the design, development and delivery of reporting tools, dashboards and data solutions to support business decision‑making across Enovis.

Key responsibilities

• Leads initiatives to design and build reporting tools, information dashboards, data generators, and other end‑user information portals or resources.
• Plans, manages and controls the activities of a team that provides technology‑based data reporting tools and management for business segments or the company at large.
• Identifies and engages subject‑matter experts to interpret data, produce recommendations and support multi‑functional reporting needs.
• Advises business groups by delivering technical and strategic reports that identify and address business issues and opportunities.
• Ensures policies and procedures align with the corporate vision.
• Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure efficient operation of the function.
• Establishes strategic plans and objectives for the analytics function.
• Participates in developing methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for programs and individuals.
• Directs the functional area through department managers and professional‑track employees, influencing functional and company objectives.
