Project Manager – Agile IT Projects

About the role

Bosch Service Solutions in Lisbon is looking for a proactive Project Manager to lead agile IT initiatives. You will translate business needs into clear requirements, guide development teams, and ensure successful delivery of technology solutions that enhance customer experience and mobility.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and specify business requirements, including UX considerations from a purchasing perspective.
• Develop and maintain an agile implementation plan, tracking progress against milestones.
• Lead projects to deliver on time, within scope, budget, and expected benefits.
• Manage project documentation and product backlog using Jira and Confluence.
• Act as the liaison between stakeholders, developers, data experts, and leadership.
• Define testing criteria, coordinate user acceptance, stress testing, and rollout, including training and adoption.
• Communicate roadmap, milestones, and deliverables, negotiating priorities across the portfolio.

Required profile

• University degree in technical, industrial engineering, IT or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in agile environments, product or IT project management.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience presenting to executives.
• Proven ability to coordinate and lead teams without direct authority.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Atlassian Jira (Bosch “T&R”) and Confluence.
