Project and Business Improvement Management for Aerostructures Procurement

About the role

Join the Airbus Aerostructures Procurement Strategy team to manage transversal projects, compliance and business‑improvement activities. The role initially focuses on strategic sustainability initiatives within Substances Management, providing daily support to the team.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor project interfaces, budgets, timelines and supplier order management.
• Track project progress, report status to stakeholders, identify risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Integrate project deliverables into existing processes, ensure procedural alignment and conduct economic efficiency evaluations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering or a related field.
• Several years of professional experience in consulting, project management or a comparable discipline, preferably in supply chain or manufacturing.
• Proven ability to lead projects, strong analytical mindset and high resilience.
