Business Analyst – Engineering & Manufacturing (Lisbon)

About the role

Airbus Global Business Services (AGBS) in Lisbon is looking for a Specialist Business Analyst to support Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering functions. You will manage KPI dashboards, coordinate subcontracting, and drive workforce and workload management while acting as a trusted operational interface with international stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and autonomously operate KPI dashboards, linking finance data with engineering delivery plans.
• Own subcontracting processes from purchase order tracking to goods receipt and coordinate supplier performance reviews.
• Maintain structured workload and workforce dashboards across programmes and update resource allocations.
• Identify business risks and opportunities, turning data insights into actionable recommendations.
• Lead local initiatives to standardise processes, applying lean management and Six Sigma methodologies.

Required profile

• Educational background in Business Management, Finance, Engineering or equivalent business analysis experience.
• Early‑career to professional level experience in business analysis, data management or financial control.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and deliver results autonomously.
• Fluent English; additional French, German or Spanish is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Looker Studio).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
