Product Owner – Pay Transparency

About the role

beqom is seeking a Product Owner to lead the Pay Transparency module, a fast‑growing area that helps companies comply with new pay‑equity legislation. You will work closely with the Principal Product Manager and customers to translate real‑world use cases into high‑impact features.

Key responsibilities

• Define and shape the roadmap for the Pay Transparency functional area in partnership with the Product Manager.
• Write user stories, prioritize the backlog and run grooming sessions with engineering.
• Collaborate with UX designers to ensure new features meet customer needs and align with the overall product design.
• Coordinate with Product Owners of other modules to keep the broader product roadmap coherent.
• Communicate the rationale behind each feature to engineering and keep product documentation up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and delivering B2B/Enterprise SaaS products.
• Hands‑on experience with JIRA or similar product management tools.
• Solid understanding of user‑centered design processes.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills.
• Team‑player mindset with the ability to prioritize ruthlessly.
