Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term

About the role

The Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract to support Core Payments, Commercial New Payment Flows and International Marketing Communications organisations, primarily focusing on sales and product recruitment across Europe. You will manage the end‑to‑end hiring process, source top talent, and deliver a high‑quality experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage requisitions across three business units, with a focus on product and sales roles.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external candidates, hires, and business groups.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor talent‑attraction strategies.
• Work with hiring managers to create compelling job ads.
• Advertise openings on careers pages, job boards, and social networks such as LinkedIn.
• Conduct initial screening of passive external candidates.
• Pipeline talent in the CRM for future roles.
• Uphold designated TA processes and systems.
• Monitor sourcing effectiveness through KPIs and identify improvements.
• Support and manage strategic TA projects to drive operational excellence.

Required profile

• Agency or in‑house recruitment background.
• Strong communicator and influencer.
• Agile mind able to absorb and interpret technical and business information.
• ‘Can‑do’ attitude with ability to build cross‑functional relationships.
• Commercial‑focused mindset.
• End‑to‑end ownership of 360° recruitment for assigned roles.
• Tenacity to meet TA service‑level agreements.
• Commercial awareness of recruitment impact on the wider business.
• Experience reporting data to key stakeholders.
