Product Director – B2C

About the role

We are looking for a Product Director – B2C to lead the vision and growth of Holafly’s consumer products across web and mobile applications. You will own the end‑to‑end product strategy, drive conversion, activation and recurring revenue, and work closely with senior leadership to shape the future of our eSIM services for millions of travellers.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the B2C product vision across acquisition, activation, checkout, payments and recurrence.
• Use data and insights to drive conversion, activation, engagement and revenue growth against commercial targets.
• Maintain hands‑on ownership of a key product area while setting high delivery standards for the broader B2C team.
• Partner with Marketing to craft and communicate the Holafly B2C value proposition.
• Scale and mentor a high‑performing product team, embedding design, data and engineering practices.
• Leverage Holafly’s core network as a strategic asset to strengthen differentiation and customer outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven track record leading multi‑team B2C product organisations in travel, subscription or high‑frequency e‑commerce environments.
• Strong commercial fluency with deep experience in data‑driven decision making and unit‑economics trade‑offs.
• Hands‑on execution ability, balancing detail orientation with cross‑functional leadership.
• Demonstrated success building long‑term recurring value and customer loyalty.
• Experience hiring, coaching and scaling product teams.
• Practical experience applying AI to improve product workflows and customer experience.
• Nice to have: knowledge of network or telecom industry dynamics.
