Junior Load Balancer Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Load Balancer Engineer to support and enhance our F5 load balancing infrastructure. The role focuses on vulnerability remediation, automation, and ensuring high availability across the environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute monthly vulnerability remediation and environment hardening across F5 load balancer environments through planned upgrades and patches.
• Design, develop, and maintain network automation workflows using Ansible and Terraform, leveraging and optimizing the existing codebase.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and maximum security of the F5 Local Traffic Manager (LTM) load balancing infrastructure.
• Produce technical documentation and execution runbooks while collaborating within a multi‑functional IT operations ecosystem.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with F5 Local Traffic Manager (LTM) load balancing technology.
• Proven experience in vulnerability remediation and infrastructure hardening in enterprise environments.
• Background in network operations automation using Ansible and/or Terraform is valued.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) and ability to work in a multicultural, English‑speaking environment.
