Procurement Specialist – Real Estate & Facility Management

About the role

We are looking for a senior‑level Procurement Specialist to join our Real Estate & Facility Management team. The role focuses on delivering structured sourcing services, managing supplier relationships, and driving cost‑reduction initiatives for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Head of Sourcing, Operations, and Tactical Buying teams to leverage sourcing capabilities.
• Organise and manage market tenders, evaluate proposals, and perform bid analysis.
• Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal, client, and supplier stakeholders.
• Perform spend analysis, forecast savings, and report results.
• Run RFx and e‑auction events using e‑sourcing tools.
• Ensure compliance with client sourcing standards, KPIs, SLAs, and savings targets.
• Support and coach junior colleagues and act as a category champion.

Required profile

• Proven track record in procurement or sourcing, preferably within real estate or logistics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet savings targets.
• Customer‑service orientation and ability to influence at all organisational levels.
