Procurement Program Manager

About the role

Join Trane Technologies as a Procurement Program Manager and lead multiple procurement projects across the Thermo King trailer platform. You will work with cross‑functional teams to design and execute implementation plans that drive productivity, cost avoidance, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate suppliers and internal stakeholders to meet project timelines and financial targets.
• Lead procurement projects, including new product development (NPD), source changes, and VAVE programs.
• Develop project charters, facilitate ideation events, and break down business benefits.
• Support plant material and quality escalations, financial month‑end reporting, and MDIs.
• Identify gaps to goals, create countermeasures, and escalate issues to leadership.
• Align commodity strategies with business unit, engineering, and product management requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading procurement or program management projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong ability to work with cross‑functional teams and drive consensus.
• Excellent analytical skills to quantify productivity gains and cost avoidance.
• Experience handling supplier quality, risk mitigation, and on‑time delivery metrics.
