Operator Production II (2nd Shift)

About the role

The Operator Production II works the second shift in a manufacturing environment, performing repetitive manual assembly, complex equipment repairs, preparing packaging, adjusting machinery, modifying breakers, and verifying and packing products according to defined specifications and requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Take responsibility for equipment, machines and materials within the work area.
• Ensure production output and product quality on the line.
• Execute tasks following all safety policies, procedures and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
• Report unsafe conditions to supervisors or safety officers and actively participate in safety meetings.
• Discuss daily key metrics (safety, quality, previous day production, actions) with support and production staff via the IIoT dashboard, visual displays and Tier‑1 board.
• Maintain and enforce the use of TDM and PDES systems on the shop floor.
• Report problems and anomalies during tier meetings through floor connectivity.

Required profile

• High school senior or vocational education.
• At least 1 year of experience in related manufacturing tasks.
• Punctuality, responsibility and positive interpersonal relations.

Required skills

• Manual assembly of parts using hand tools and complex machines.
• Complex equipment repair.
• Visual inspection of components and proper identification of materials.
• Ability to identify and separate non‑conforming material according to established methods.
• Knowledge of established quality programs and manufacturing order handling.
