PowerBI Developer – Hybrid (Lisbon)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled PowerBI Developer to join our growing team in Lisbon. The role is hybrid, combining on‑site collaboration with remote work, and focuses on delivering end‑to‑end business intelligence solutions for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports aligned with business requirements.
• Build and optimise data models using star‑schema design, DAX calculations and Power Query transformations.
• Ensure performance, scalability and security of datasets, including row‑level security.
• Gather requirements from non‑technical stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications.
• Troubleshoot data refresh issues and provide ongoing support for BI solutions.
• Document solutions and contribute to the continuous improvement of BI standards.

Required profile

• 3–6+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with Power BI Desktop and Service.
• Advanced knowledge of DAX, data modelling and Power Query (M).
• Proficient SQL skills and experience with data warehouses.
• Fluent English communication skills.
