About the role
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our team in Lisbon, working on a hybrid model. The role focuses on building and maintaining cloud‑native infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines and container orchestration to support our sustainable and collaborative culture.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP.
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or Ansible.
Required skills
- Docker and containerization.
- Kubernetes orchestration.
- Linux/Unix system administration.
- Version control with Git.
- Scripting in Bash, Python or PowerShell.
- Monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Elastic Stack).
- Cloud security practices, IAM and secrets management.
