People Services Associate – Portuguese Speaker

About the role

The GBS People Services Associate supports Bosch's international shared HR service in Lisbon. You will ensure employee data is accurate, complete, and compliant throughout the employee lifecycle, contributing to a smooth and positive experience for associates across more than 40 countries.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain up‑to‑date employee records from onboarding through off‑boarding.
• Perform HR administrative tasks related to personal data, organizational changes, and position management.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and legal requirements for employee data.
• Support continuous improvement, process optimisation, and HR system testing activities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver high‑quality HR services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; HR or Business Administration degree is a plus.
• Previous experience in HR administration, shared services, or administrative support is advantageous.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
• Strong organisational skills, high attention to detail, and analytical mindset.
