People Services Associate – Italian Speaker

About the role

As a People Services Associate you will ensure accurate and compliant HR data for the Italian organization within Bosch's international Shared Services environment. You will act as a trusted point of contact for Italian‑speaking associates, delivering a high‑quality employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain employee master data from onboarding to off‑boarding.
• Support organizational management activities, including unit and position management.
• Perform HR administrative tasks in line with internal policies, procedures and legal requirements.
• Respond to employee inquiries via HR support channels, ensuring timely and customer‑focused service.
• Contribute to process documentation, continuous‑improvement initiatives and system testing.
• Collaborate closely with HR teams and stakeholders across an international environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (advantageous).
• Initial experience in HR administration, shared services, customer support or a similar administrative role (advantageous).
• Basic understanding of HR processes and HR information systems (plus).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong digital literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Italian – native or fluent (mandatory); English – good written and spoken communication.
