People Services Associate – Dutch Speaker

About the role

As a People Services Associate you will join Bosch’s Global Business Services team in Lisbon, providing HR operations support throughout the employee lifecycle. You will act as the main point of contact for Dutch‑speaking associates, combining structured administration with people‑focused assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee master data and ensure compliance from onboarding to off‑boarding.
• Manage organisational units, positions and prepare/validate HR documentation.
• Provide front‑office HR support to Dutch‑speaking associates via dedicated service channels.
• Deliver timely, high‑quality, customer‑oriented People Services assistance.
• Support process improvements, system testing and keep documentation up to date.
• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously enhance HR service quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (advantageous).
• First experience or strong interest in HR administration, shared services or operational roles.
• Fluent Dutch (written and spoken) and English at C1 level.
• Structured, organised working style.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Word.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Outlook.
