About the role
The Automation & AI Lead will drive the development and implementation of automation and AI solutions that transform HR processes. You will combine technical expertise, business understanding, and team leadership to turn innovative ideas into scalable applications. The role works closely with international stakeholders to shape the future of HR through intelligent workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of Automation Specialists and Developers, handling resource planning and performance development.
- Identify and prioritize automation and AI opportunities across HR processes in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
- Design, develop and implement automation solutions, integrating AI/ML technologies where relevant.
- Facilitate workshops with international stakeholders to analyse processes, define roadmaps and drive proof‑of‑concepts.
- Monitor solution impact, ensure scalability, security and alignment with the HR IT landscape.
Required profile
- University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering or a related technical field.
- Several years of professional experience in Automation, AI, software development, solution design or business process optimisation.
- Proven experience leading automation and/or AI projects from concept through implementation.
- Experience working with international stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
Required skills
- Hands‑on experience with automation platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere or comparable technologies.
- Good knowledge of Python and experience with APIs, integrations or related technologies.
- Understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs) and their application to business processes.
