About the role

Join a renowned luxury fashion brand as a part‑time Sales Assistant in its Lisbon boutique. Working 25 hours per week, you will be the first point of contact for discerning customers, delivering a premium, rock‑n‑roll inspired shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist a demanding clientele, providing personalized style advice.
• Drive sales by meeting commercial targets and using key performance indicators.
• Handle cash desk procedures, process transactions, and ensure accurate financial handling.
• Receive, label, and display merchandise according to brand guidelines.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organize the sales floor, and manage stock replenishment.
• Process returns, repairs, and follow‑up on customer service requests.
• Contribute to sales reporting and confidentiality‑compliant documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in high‑end or luxury retail.
