Partner Solutions Architect – Pan-EMEA GSI

About the role

We are Datadog's in‑house product experts. The Partner Solutions Architect (PSA) works within the Channels & Alliances segment, supporting partners on technical initiatives such as cloud migration, application modernization and DevOps transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure successful onboarding, training, enablement and certification of partner technical resources.
• Participate in joint business planning and review sessions to align Datadog and partner technical teams.
• Collaborate internally to support partner initiatives like end‑customer demos, proofs of value and enablement workshops.
• Advocate for partners’ technical concerns with Datadog internal teams and help resolve them.
• Analyze partner service offerings and recommend ways to increase value through deeper Datadog adoption.
• Work with product, engineering and technical services to identify and prioritize new features.

Required profile

• Solid technical grounding with hands‑on experience in IT development and/or operations.
• 10‑15 years of experience in a customer‑ or partner‑facing technical role.
• Self‑starter with strong business acumen and ability to articulate Datadog value.
• Confident presentation skills.

• Public cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP, Alibaba Cloud.
• Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Cloud Foundry.
• Development/scripting languages: Python, JavaScript, Ruby, Perl, PHP, Go.
• Configuration management: Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef.
• CI/CD tools: Jenkins, Gitlab.
