Manager, Data & Insights Strategy

About the role

Mastercard’s Global Consumer Products & Processing team is looking for a Manager, Data & Insights Strategy to turn data into strategic advantage. You will act as a bridge between Data Science, Market Intelligence, Product and Business teams, turning complex analytical findings into actionable strategies that drive growth and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Translate complex analytical models and market intelligence into clear business narratives for senior stakeholders.
• Identify emerging trends, customer behaviours and competitive developments to uncover strategic opportunities and risks.
• Lead market research and competitive intelligence initiatives, synthesising quantitative and qualitative data to support strategic planning.
• Define and evolve KPIs, measurement frameworks and executive dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Explore and champion AI and advanced analytics solutions to accelerate insight generation and improve reporting efficiency.

Required profile

• Experience in business strategy, analytics, insights, consulting, product strategy or market intelligence.
• Proven ability to translate complex analytical findings into executive‑level recommendations and narratives.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across cross‑functional and senior leadership teams.
• Track record of managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced, global environment.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills with a talent for data storytelling.
