Part-Time Sales Assistant – 25 hrs/week

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Assistant to join our Lisbon boutique on a part‑time basis (25 hours per week). You will be the front‑line representative of a luxury brand, delivering a premium experience to an international clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist demanding customers, offering tailored advice to build loyalty.
• Achieve sales targets using key commercial indicators and promote the brand’s image.
• Handle cash‑desk procedures, process transactions, and ensure accurate financial handling.
• Receive, label, and display merchandise while maintaining impeccable store cleanliness.
• Organise the sales floor and visual merchandising according to company guidelines.
• Review sales figures and confidential documents, respecting data privacy.
• Monitor stock levels, replenish the floor, and manage returns or repairs.
• Participate in qualitative and quantitative reporting of store performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in high‑end or luxury retail.
• Strong interest in sales and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to thrive on challenges, learn quickly, and demonstrate a genuine affinity for the brand.
• Impeccable personal presentation, a solid sense of service, and persuasive abilities.
