About the role
We are looking for a part‑time Sales Assistant to join our luxury fashion store in Lisbon. Working 20 hours per week, you will be the first point of contact for our discerning customers, delivering a premium service that reflects the brand’s rock‑and‑roll spirit.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers, providing personalized advice to build loyalty.
- Drive sales by meeting commercial targets and handling cash‑desk transactions.
- Maintain visual standards: receive, label, and display merchandise according to guidelines.
- Keep the store tidy and organized, ensuring stock levels are monitored and replenished.
- Process returns, repairs and follow up on customer service requests.
- Review sales reports and confidential documents while respecting data privacy.
Required profile
- Proven experience in high‑end or luxury retail.
- Strong interest in fashion and the brand’s aesthetic.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Motivated, eager to learn and comfortable with challenges.
- Professional appearance and a service‑oriented mindset.
