Paid Advertising Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Paid Advertising Specialist to lead the planning, launch, and scaling of paid acquisition campaigns for our portfolio of dating products. You will work remotely with a global team, shaping media strategies across Meta and TikTok to drive user acquisition, subscriptions, and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end management of paid campaigns on Meta and TikTok for multiple products and markets.
• Develop and allocate budgets of USD 100K+ across countries, audiences, and platforms.
• Optimize campaigns to meet CAC, ROAS, and revenue targets on mobile apps, web, and desktop.
• Design and execute testing roadmaps covering audiences, bids, placements, creatives, offers, and landing pages.
• Analyze performance data, identify growth opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with creative, analytics, product, and localization teams to tailor market‑specific strategies.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking, attribution, and reporting across advertising and analytics tools.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok ad campaigns.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling performance‑marketing campaigns for mobile apps, web, and desktop.
• Experience running global user‑acquisition campaigns in Tier‑1 markets (US, Canada, UK, Australia, Western Europe).
• Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Ability to manage large advertising budgets, forecast pacing, and report performance.
