About the role

Join SP+ Hospitality as an Overnight Guest Service Representative, providing a warm welcome and courteous farewell to guests in our hotel and garage locations. You will be the face of the brand, ensuring a seamless, checkout‑free experience for every visitor.

Key responsibilities

• Greet all guests entering or exiting the hotel or parking garage with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Collect valet parking fees using the company’s latest parking software and technology.
• Answer telephone inquiries, provide directions, and record ticket numbers while maintaining a smile.
• Manually calculate parking rates and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and uphold 5‑star service standards.

Required profile

• Neat, clean, and polite appearance with a professional demeanor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods (up to 8 hours) and work outdoors in varying temperatures.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Physical capability to perform repetitive hand motions such as making change and operating a clock‑in system.
