Order Management Specialist

About the role

The PR to PO Specialist ensures compliance and efficiency across the Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order process. You will support invoice discrepancy management, perform compliance checks, and help streamline the workflow for our global business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Perform compliance reviews and checks on purchase requisitions.
• Support resolution of invoice discrepancies linked to pricing.
• Manage the PR‑to‑PO workflow (excluding spot buys), including PO conversion and changes.
• Collaborate with Spot Buy and Support teams to unblock complex requests.
• Maintain accurate records in the ERP system.

Required profile

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in purchasing, accounts payable, or administrative support.
• Familiarity with purchase order processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy for compliance checks.
• Problem‑solving ability, especially for discrepancy resolution.
• Effective communication skills for internal and external interactions.
• Customer‑centric mindset with the ability to prioritize urgencies.
• English proficiency at B2 level.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience using Google Workspace.
