Oracle EPM Senior Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Associate to join PwC’s Enterprise Performance Management team within the Oracle consulting practice. The role will work closely with CEOs, CFOs and finance leaders to implement Oracle’s modern planning, budgeting, consolidation and reporting solutions that drive cost reduction, faster cycle times and actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Oracle EPM solutions including budgeting, forecasting, rolling forecasts and long‑range planning.
• Configure and deploy Oracle EPBCS, FCCS, ARC, SEDM and CSCP modules to meet client regulatory and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Provide guidance and coaching to junior team members and ensure delivery quality and accuracy.
• Conduct data validation, month‑end consolidation and statutory reporting support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of client‑facing Oracle EPM consulting experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to solve unstructured business problems.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with senior executives.

Required skills

• Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) platform.
• Oracle EPBCS, FCCS, ARC, SEDM and CSCP modules.
• Budgeting, forecasting, consolidation and management reporting concepts.
