Space Market, Innovation & Investment Expert

About the role

NTU International is seeking a highly qualified expert to support the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme (AESPP Boost). The role focuses on developing space and geospatial markets, fostering innovation and entrepreneurship, and enhancing investment readiness across African and European ecosystems.

Key responsibilities

• Support activities related to space and geospatial market development and commercialization.
• Design and implement innovation instruments, incubation and acceleration programmes.
• Provide investment advisory, readiness assessments and facilitate access to finance.
• Conduct market studies and knowledge exchange between African and European stakeholders.
• Contribute to policy dialogue and institutional partnership building.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in economics, business administration, engineering, innovation management or a related field.
• Excellent command of English; working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is an asset.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in market analysis, innovation, entrepreneurship, business development or investment advisory in technology sectors.
• At least 4 years of experience specifically in space or geospatial markets, including market studies, innovation tools, incubation/acceleration, and investment readiness.
• Knowledge of African space markets and investment ecosystems is a plus.
