Operations Junior Analyst – Supply Chain & Logistics

About the role

Amazonia Bio is expanding rapidly on the international stage and seeks a dynamic Operations Junior Analyst to support its supply chain, procurement, logistics, transportation and quality functions. The role is based in Cascais, Portugal and requires full‑time on‑site presence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily relationships and negotiations with carriers and warehouses for European distribution and overseas transport.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure logistics align with commercial deadlines.
• Research and source new product and service suppliers to optimise the supply chain.
• Provide documentation support for purchasing, import and export processes.
• Monitor product flow and development timelines with strategic partners.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Portuguese (daily use required).
• Strong execution mindset with a focus on smooth daily logistics operations.
• Exceptional attention to detail for managing deadlines, routes, documentation and commercial data.
• Assertive communication skills for interacting with suppliers, carriers and internal teams.
• Previous experience in transportation, logistics, warehouse management or Brazilian procurement is a plus.
