Junior Operations Analyst – Supply Chain & Logistics

About the role

Amazonia Bio is looking for a highly dynamic individual to join its expanding global operations team. As a Junior Operations Analyst you will support logistics, procurement and transportation activities while ensuring seamless product flow across Europe and overseas.

Key responsibilities

• Global Logistics Management – act as the main point of contact for carriers and warehouses, handling European distribution and overseas transports.
• Commercial Interface – align logistics operations with sales team demands and deadlines.
• Research and Development – source new product and service suppliers to optimise the supply chain.
• Procurement Support – prepare documentation for purchasing and import/export processes.
• Product Flow – monitor and accelerate the development flow of new products together with strategic partners.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Portuguese – daily use required.
• Execution‑oriented mindset with a “mission accepted, mission accomplished” attitude.
• Extreme attention to detail for managing deadlines, routes, documentation and commercial data.
• Assertive communication to interact with suppliers, international carriers and internal teams.
• Previous experience in transportation, logistics, warehouse management or Brazilian procurement is a strong differentiator.
